Dear Angel Wars Fans,

Thank you for your support of Angel Wars Guardian Force. We are very excited about the First Edition Angel Wars Toys and already have plans for more in the near future. We have received an overwhelmingly positive response regarding these toys as well as gotten some great feedback from those who have purchased them. While we are very proud of our product and pleased by consumer reaction, this is our first foray into the toy market and we expect a few initial hiccups. This site has been created to allow our customers to give us feedback as well as receive prompt resolutions to any problems they may be having with the toys.

Due to the intricacies of these small toys, we have been notified of a limited number of cases of product damage, ranging from toys arriving with damaged parts to the handles breaking off of the swords. If you have purchased a toy with broken parts on the action figure or the action figure has broken during use we would like to hear from you. Please fill out the appropriate sections below. In regard to the swords, the handles appear more likely to be broken if the sword is pushed into the action figure's hand by applying pressure on the sword blade itself, rather than the handle. When attempting to place the sword into the action figure's hand, we recommend gripping the sword at the base near the handle and gently inserting it into the toys hand.

In response to cases involving swords we have initiated the Courtesy Sword Replacement Program. If your sword has been broken we would be happy to replace the sword at no cost to you. Simply fill out the form below and we will send you a new reinforced sword as soon as they become available. As for future toys, we are in the process of designing all accessories to be stronger and more flexible.
